Group speaking: 60 minutes with 2 students; 90 minutes with 3–4 students. Private: 80 minutes (20 minutes of conversation + a 60-minute lesson). Your confirmation email includes your Google Meet link.
Booking and cancellation rules
Book up to two group sessions and one private session per week, Monday–Sunday in France. Your credit must cover the entire session. Available membership credits are used first.
Bookings close 12 hours before the start. Groups of two are confirmed for 60 minutes; groups of three or four for 90 minutes. Fewer than two: the session is cancelled and the credit restored. Once confirmed, the duration stays fixed even if someone is absent.
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead to get your credit back with its original expiry. Later cancellations and no-shows use the credit and count towards that week’s limit. Contact Elena about exceptional circumstances.
If Elena cancels, the affected credit gets at least 14 days to rebook, or through the end of next month if she cancels in the final seven days of a month. Longer validity is preserved. Digital access does not change.
