Your student account

Creating an account with Google is free. It does not start a subscription or charge a payment. Use the same Google account to see your lessons, purchases and bookings. Keep your sign-in secure and use learning access for your own study.

Offers and access

The memberships and packages page shows current prices and what each offer includes. Purchases are charged in euros through Stripe. Digital Membership includes lesson and game access, without speaking credits. Speak Club memberships include digital access and their stated monthly group credits. Coaching packages include 18 months of digital access and speaking credits usable within three months of purchase.

A single private-session or group-token purchase adds one credit, valid for two months. These purchases have no automatic renewal and do not include digital access. Your account displays exact access and credit deadlines.

Membership renewal

Digital Membership renews on its purchase-date cycle. Speak Club, Speak Club Plus and Speak Club Premium are paid on joining, then renew on the 1st of each following month. The first-ever speaking-membership allowance and digital access have the extended validity shown in your account: through the end of the following month. Later monthly allowances expire at the end of their own calendar month.

You can stop automatic renewal in My account. Stopping renewal preserves already-paid access and credits until their stated deadlines. Unused monthly credits do not normally carry over.

Session format and booking

One group credit books one speaking session: 60 minutes with 2 students; 90 minutes with 3–4 students. One private credit books an 80-minute session: 20 minutes of conversation plus a 60-minute lesson.

You can book up to two group sessions and one private session per week, Monday–Sunday in France time, subject to available sessions and valid credits. The session must finish before its credit expires. Booking reserves a credit; attendance uses it. Available membership group credits are used before package group credits.

Confirmation and cancellations

Booking closes 12 hours before a session starts. Groups are confirmed at that deadline when at least two students are booked. An underfilled group is cancelled and its credit restored. Confirmation emails include the Google Meet link entered by Elena.

If you cancel at least 12 hours before the session, your credit returns with its original expiry. A later cancellation or a no-show uses the credit. Contact Elena if exceptional circumstances affect you.

If Elena cancels, the affected eligible credit is restored. Existing longer validity is preserved, with at least 14 days to rebook for an earlier cancellation, or through the end of next month when cancellation falls in the final seven days of a month. Exact deadlines appear in your account.

Learning materials and support

Lessons and games support your study and speaking practice. Progress depends on your participation; no particular fluency level or result is guaranteed. Materials are provided for your personal learning. Please ask Elena before reproducing or redistributing them.

Session booking rules do not replace any consumer withdrawal or other rights that apply to your purchase. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights.
